P.Y.P.A was established in 1978, which was the first among fellow Malayalee Churches. Once a month on a Saturday evening, after the Sodari Samajam, P.Y.P.A has been conducted from 7:30 to 9:00 P.M. Programs include solos, group songs, instrumental music, bible quizzes, bible reference, and preaching the word of God.
In addition to the monthly programs, P.Y.P.A donates funds to help the poor and the needy in India. Such charity works include Bethany Children’s Academy, the Lepor Colony, etc.

In 1982 our church established the Sodari Samajam meetings conducted by the sisters in our church. Once a month on a Saturday evening, right before the PYPA monthly meeting, the Sodari Samajam meeting is conducted. Programs include intercessory prayer, testimonies, solos, preaching of the Word by the Pastor. We also help the poor and the destitute in India such as Children’s Centers, Sisters in Sanketham, and Aswasabhavan Senior Center, etc.

At the end of 1975, our Sunday School was established with only a few students. By the grace of God the Lord increased us as we continued to serve the Lord. Every Sunday after the worship service, Sunday school is conducted for all ages in our church. It is an integral part of our worship to learn God’s word and has been taught effectively by anointed teachers. Once a year, usually during the summer Sunday School conducts a day of outing as a picnic in various local parks to enhance our fellowship.
